This is the perfect class for you if you have burning questions about poses and connection to the core, if you’re feeling like you’ve hit a plateau in your practice or if you have an injury that needs modification. With an intimate group, we will break down the physical asanas in this interactive series where questions are encouraged.
This practice has a strong sense of purpose and you are required to be mindful, present, and focused so in return you grow and progress in your yoga journey.

Yogalates is an exercise inspired by yoga and Pilates, as its name suggests. It is said to harness the physical and mental benefits of both practices. Yogalates is a beautiful combination of the gentle stretch of yoga with its asanas and mindfulness and Pilates' core-building strength and posture awareness. Yogalates is quite simply the perfect East meets West fitness class, which has the benefits of both Yoga and Pilates. You will leave feeling energized, calm, and stretched in all the right places!

Are you stressed or suffering from anxiety?
Do you have super tight muscles and need a good stretch? Do you wish you could find your peace? Then this is the class for you.
This class will focus on gentle stretches and breathwork. Hands-on adjustments will take your stretch to the next level of physical release. Small class size to get that one-on-one feel. Throughout the class, there will be guided meditation to feel a physical release and recapture your mental peace.
